I still remember building houses. planes and cars when I was younger and I couldn't wait to introduce Dylan to the world of Lego. He got his first Duplo set at Christmas, but in the last couple of months he has really gotten into the wonderful world of Lego and the endless possibilities.
The Numbers Train is not only fun to drive around but also educational. Dylan can already read his numbers and he loves showing them to Archie. The blocks can be used for so many different things (including counting of course) and we have loved getting creative with these.
The Shape Sorter Box hasn't been played with as much yet although I am sure once the little man discovers the shape sorter top then this will become a firm favourite. The tub is great for storing, comes with all the pieces to make several animals and 3 different shape sorter tops.

We were lucky enough to be sent 3 different sets to try out;
The Fire Station satisfied his love of emergency vehicles and play is usually accompanied by loud neenaw noises. This set comes with some lovely extras as well as the bricks and is another favourite.
Although we have been playing with the sets seperately, we do like to mix them all together as Dylan loves the freedom of building without restraint. Depending on how he feels we build anything from helicopters to makka pakkas and I love watching his imagination work. Lego is one of those timeless classics that offers children so many possibilities and even keeps the adults entertained!
If you have a little lego lover that would love these three sets, then this is the competition for you. Entry is by rafflecopter, make sure you follow the instructions and the prize is a brand new bundle of the same three sets we have been reviewing!
