I also have an anterior placenta but have felt loads of movement and seen big kicks from around 20 weeks, so if you have a very wriggly baby it won't necessarily be blocked by the placenta (or that's what my midwife said anyway). I do think pregnancies go faster when you have other children to look after - I know this one has flown by compared to when I was pregnant with my daughter!
